In the plugin Setting You will get some options for showing plugin. You can select any option for showing. (See Image - 1) Whatever source you select your settings.
In Admin Access settings you set a mail address where the plugin send Feedback data. (see Image - 2) Whatever source you select your settings.
In Feedback Style you can control Position, Button Styling Option, Button label, Field label, background color or Image and many more. See Image - 3.
In Feedback Content You can set All field Order , Label and color. See Image 4
